Business Coaching
Sometimes people just get stuck and fail to see the forest for the trees. Sometimes they need to have a different perspective from an outside source that “has been there and done that!”
This could apply to any key individual in an organization that for some reason is not in alignment with the strategies that have been developed and need to be implemented in order for the company to go forward. It could be the CEO or any executive that may need some help in determining how to focus better and perhaps become more effective. It could be the Sales Manager, who is having difficulty in establishing accountability for himself or some of his people. It could be anyone where a specific need is identified and should be addressed as part of fine-tuning the operation and assuring alignment.
Business Coaching is NOT about training. It is about leading and encouraging an individual to be an effective team player in striving to get the results needed to help the company realize its strategic initiatives. It’s about learning that management is about controlling things and not including people in that formula. Sometimes people in a management position do not realize that that LEADING is far more powerful than managing. Coaching is about raising awareness levels and understanding of the things that have been proven to work the best. It’s about helping and mentoring.
Coaching is targeted to specific needs and will vary considerably depending on that need. One size will not fit all, but it is critical to understand how this all fits into the strategic plan and how it will affect business development overall.
